1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”,
“you”, or “your”) and EZ PZ Web Services (“EZ PZ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your use of
our web hosting and related digital services. By using our Services, you accept and agree to
these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

2. Services We Provide
EZ PZ Web Services offers the following:
● Website Hosting & Maintenance
● Radio & TV Streaming Hosting
● Domain Registration & Management
● Cloud Hosting & Storage
● Website & Mobile App Development
● E-commerce Integration
● SEO & Digital Marketing
● Custom Media Server Solutions

Service descriptions, terms, and pricing are provided on our website and/or contract
agreements.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility
● You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
● You agree to provide accurate and current registration information.
● You are responsible for all activity under your account, including maintaining password
confidentiality.
● You agree not to use a false identity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use our Services to:
● Engage in illegal activities or content (e.g. malware, hate speech, pornography)
● Violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
● Spam, phish, or attempt to hack other networks or users
● Overburden our infrastructure with abusive usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior
notice.

5. Payment & Billing
● All services are billed in advance and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
● We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, ACH, and other accepted methods.
● Late payments may result in service interruption or cancellation.
● All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate Service Agreement.

6. Backups & Data Protection
● EZ PZ performs periodic system-level backups for internal recovery purposes.
● Clients are solely responsible for backing up their own data, including websites,
media, and databases.
● We are not liable for any data loss or corruption.

7. Uptime & Service Availability
● We aim to provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance or
events outside our control.
● Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice to maintain service integrity.

8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for the following:
● Violation of these Terms or the AUP
● Non-payment of fees
● Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
● A court order or legal request

Upon termination, your files and data may be deleted immediately and permanently.

9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by EZ PZ Web Services (including custom code, designs, and
infrastructure) remains the property of EZ PZ unless expressly transferred in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own uploaded content, provided it does not violate our Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
EZ PZ Web Services shall not be liable for:
● Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
● Downtime due to circumstances beyond our control

Our liability in any case is strictly limited to the amount paid for Services during the most recent
billing period.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EZ PZ Web Services, its employees, affiliates, and partners
harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our Services or
your violation of these Terms.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website
and/or emailed to active clients. Continued use of Services after such updates constitutes your
acceptance.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be
handled in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
